Caos Planejado is a Portuguese term that translates to "Planned Chaos." It is a Brazilian project focusing on urban planning and city development and aims to provide accessible information and analysis about urban issues in Brazil. The term "planned chaos" describes the often unintended and chaotic consequences of urban planning decisions.
When I was a postdoc at the Centro de Estudos das Cidades - Laboratório Arq.Futuro, Insper, I had the opportunity to contribute to two opinion articles, both coauthored with Maurício Bouskela to Caos Planejado.
